FAQ: Hosting a gaming party at HQ

Thinking of hosting a birthday party or other celebration in the Gamers HQ lounge?

Here are a few things to consider before setting the date.

You may call us to inquire about a date and set a time for your party!

What option should I choose?

We have two options depending on the amount of people that will attend as well as the day of the week:

Small party - 10 people playing or less

Private party - 20 people playing or less

People only coming to watch are not included in this count!

Small parties are only held Monday thru Thursday, while Private parties can be held any day of the week.

How much will it cost?

Parties range from $99.99 for two hours to $199.99 to 249.99 for two hours. Each additional hour will be $49.99 for any kind of party.

Determine how many people will be playing and what time of the week you may be looking at.

Weekends will always be more expensive!

Is there a deposit?

Yes - a $50 deposit is required up to two days after scheduling your birthday party.

We are only able to take payment in person - it is too dangerous to do over the phone!

What do I need to bring?

You don't need to bring anything! We provide everything you will need for your ultimate gaming party experience.

Can I bring food and drinks?

You are more than welcome to come up to 15 minutes early to set up, decorate and put out any food. We do not provide a fridge, unfortunately.

Drinks may be at gaming stations if they are bottled or canned.

How will we get set up?

First, check in at the front desk.

If you are having a Small party, we will set you up and let you do your own thing! You will always have access to change games by asking the front desk.

If you are having a Private party, we will set everyone up and have an attendant there just for your party - the whole room is yours for the count!

Can I have an after hours party?

Yes! We do offer after hours parties. They cost $199.99 per hour, private only.

Do we need to clean up?

Nope!

We clean up after the party is over for a hands-off experience! Just enjoy your stay.
