Well if people feel the price of a game is ridiculous perhaps they feel the prices should be controlled by someone.

I rest my case.

Since Tomb has ruled out the possibility of drawing a boundary between what is outrageous and what is not, the $50+ cost of games could not be used to justify thievery, even if the fallacious assumption, that folks NEED to somehow obtain games, was true.

To be honest, the prices of games are base don what people have been buying them at and what has worked best.

About the prices - these days to make a decent game with good advertising, modern graphics etc costs really a lot. EA for example still loses money on games from time to time, its not like the are making millions of every game.

What is the difference between forcing someone by law to sell something they made for less and stealing? Isn't theft by the ballot box still theft?

Yeah, that is the best control, if they don't sell, they will lower the costs if they want sales.

So logically the only way to really have lower priced games is to stop buying them for a month or two.

That is the only way you'll get cheaper games now and until they rise again.
