Question: Good Bulk Conversion Software

Does anyone know some good bulk video conversion software. I have about 1TB of AVI (DivX) files that I need to convert to MP4 to work with ITunes and IPhone. I want somthing I can just load the folder with all the video in to the software and it will just work its way through it. Would also be handy if it would use the graphics card for processing.
