Question: Arcade Costs

It seems that I'm being double billed for playing some of the arcade games. When I first click on the game, it takes a few HQD, and then if I resize the game window, it takes it again. Is this by design? If so, is there any way to change the default size for the games? I use a huge monitor and always put the games to 200%.

And yes, I know I could just get the arcade pass, but then I'm ineligible to get the jackpots .

yep, says it on the arcade page -

"You currently do not have an Arcade Pass. You can buy one for 25.00 HQD by clicking here. An Arcade Pass allows you to play games for free, but to receive jackpot HQD you need to pay the game cost."

But 711 still hasn't addressed my question! Mr. Forum Guru....why am I getting double billed? I don't mind building up the jackpot, but I'd prefer to play the game while doing it!
