Classic Real-time Strategy: Total Annihilation

One of my favorite games of all time is the RTS classic, .

This games was years ahead of its time in terms of physics modeling, graphics and game balance. In fact it was by creating TA that now-legendary game developer Chris Taylor first made a name for himself.

Any other old TA players here?

got it plus the 2 expansions and the extra units from cavedog site. also got a hacked exe allowing us to build upto 5k units to make for some really epic battles. had a bot bot called a Juggernaut for the Arm to combat the Core's Krogoth...some trully awesome battles developed from them.

Haven't played it for a while now as i was having trouble getting it to run a while back, but still have all the original discs.

Trully sick game. i loved how you could set all your construction and medi bots to patrol around a defensive perimeter and they would just auto heal stuff whilst you could concentrate on other stuff like building your base. also the unrestricted options of where you could build stuff away from your main base.

Haven't played Supreme Commander as I've heard its not as good as the original.

Wet themselves indeed LOL...They have a ton of epic players on there to.

I played TA a bit, but found it at the same time as Warzone 2100 which instead became my favourite for some time.
