I've been a customer of xs4all for quite some years now, since it took over the company 'cistron'. It's known for it's high servicelevel (although since xs4all was bought by KPN people say it went down a lot), stability and involvement in the internet community, and bit higher pricing than the 'pricefighters' on the market.

I'm 100% satisfied with the services xs4all delivers. The connection is very stable, and the sparse moments I did need the helpdesk I could reach them fast, cheap and with good results.
