Yeah you are right, the L package (10mb one) is £25 a month currently anyway, so you would have saved money.

I phoned up to register for ebilling (to save that new charge of £1.25 a month) and to cancel call wait (£2 a month) service so I'm no worse off financially really.

I was supposed to receive an email the operator told me, but I've not received it (apparently it takes 24 hours) so I'll phone up on Monday to check I wasnt speaking to Kermit the frog (ie. a muppet)
