I'd like to know what Real Cash Economy Games there are out there. If you know of one, please reply here and I'll try to keep a list:

Nearly every game is a RCE game.

Some games officially support RCE. For example, Everquest 2 has a RCE server. (The Bazaar.) If you play on that server you can buy and sell items and gold.

Eve Online allows you to buy a subscription (30 days or 60 days) and then sell that subscription for in-game money. So this is an example of a game company legitimizing the buying and selling of coin.

Aside from these games there are dozens of games that allow micro-transactions which is essentially a 'light' version of RCE. For example, in Conquer Online you can buy Dragon Balls for cash and then resell or trade these items.

In addition to those games, numerous games have a black market RCE. You can buy/sell coin and items in nearly every game that is being played.

So a better question might be, which games are not RCE.

Doesnt RCE mean you can also withdraw cash? Selling ISK for subscription just means you play for free if you can afford it in game. Unless i misunderstand it?

RCE=Real Cash Economi as far as i know

It depends on how you define it.

I define a 'real cash economy' by this measure, if the items in the game can be bought or sold for real money - then a real cash economy exists. That means whatever you do in the game has a real cash value on it.

So, in Eve a 30 day subscription is worth about $15. If you want to play next month you need to send CCP $15. However, you can also go mine in Eve and earn 350 million isk or so in the month. Then you can buy a 30 day subscription.

So, that action in the game, mining, has a real cash value to it.

But be sure, you can still withdraw your isk from Eve. It is not officially sanctioned but it can be done via third party sites.

Roma victor , but i think we still can not take money out yet.
I think sony was working on some strange RCE called "home" or something like that i dont remember exactly.
I also think IMVU have some RCE part (didnt check).
perfect world international , was suposed at some point to turn out like RCE ,you could sell the game money for some $

Every MMORPG is "RCE" since they all offer good odds of selling ingame cash for dollars to friends or random joes.

I did GDK scale camping in SWG for 3weeks in SWG back in 2004 and earned over 100$ a week on 1-3hours a day from selling the scales and selling the cash form it which is 7months subscription fee for instance earned a week or lots of beer

To my mind, an RCE game provides a mechanism to convert the game currency to Dollars, Euros, or other RL currencies, through channels supported by the game developer. I believe that minimizes the risk during the conversion process. Thus Entropia Universe and Second Life (if it is a game) are the only two currently meeting my definition of RCE.
