Heyas everyone! Finally got my thumb out of my ass & joined up! ...and I must say You´ve done a really great job with this site aswell mr 711! Looking really promising as far as I can tell!

Hit the "scales" icon at the bottom of the avatar's panel in the post you want to rep...in between the "avater status" icon and the "report" icon...
