Question: Taxes on HQD

Wondering what the purpose of the various taxes on the HQD are for? ?? Are they to be used for something or? I searched and didn't find and answer to this so hope I'm not asking what's already been answered.

Been really patient here 711. An explanation on this topic would be great. Don't understand why no answer. I've not disagreeing with it all at this point, I'd just like to know why there's so many fees on it to transfer etc????

Sorry, I missed this thread.

I'll look over the HQD settings. By default, the HQD addon has these fees set. On EF for example, I disabled the fees, and I'll likely do the same here on GHQ.
