I'll look over the HQD settings. By default, the HQD addon has these fees set. On EF for example, I disabled the fees, and I'll likely do the same here on GHQ.

All fees have now been removed.

Also, I have created a subforum for HQD discussion, and added a new HQD Guide sticky thread in that section.
