Thanks for the link. Some games have country restrictions indeed but info on some says they can be sold worldwide. Problem with Steam is that indeed. Same game that can be bought from US for let`s say 35$, but they sell it to europeans for 40Euros. The difference is pretty big.
Other websites listed above accept payments in $ for all countries. Not entirely sure but I think some companies come up with different pricing on their games and won`t matter where you buy them from, would still be big price differences between some areas eg US vs Europe. Same applies to cars. If you want to buy Toyota model X from US, you pay 20k USD and for same model you pay 25k Euros in Europe. Different pricing tactics for different markets set be the producers.
