Question Worst game ever??

What's the worst or most disappointing game you have ever bought/downloaded, borrowed or received as a gift?

Not restricted to computer games.
Board games or crappy boxed gifts you received from aunty Betty at christmas can be included.

Not a thread to air grievances against any current MMOGs, or other players

For me it would be some of the early Nintendo games from the 90s that had awesome pics on the cover yet the graphics and gameplay were so blocky with limited/boring or overly complicated storylines and controls that it made you wonder wtf the devs were thinking and also made you feel like toe-punting said game into the nearest disused quarry.
That other thread with the Atari porn Youtube clip was a classic that inspired me to ask

For me, it was a wierd RTS where you control Roman Empire on PS2. Just sits gathering dust now.

I am still traumatised from buying Ah Diddums for my spectrum as a child.

It really was pants and when I say pants I mean bad pants, not nice pants like the TDO logo

Please don't judge me harshly

IIRC it was my younger brother who persuaded me to buy it

To be honest it was shit like this game that made me question any sense of pity for some software companies who got their games ripped off by school kids pedalling C90 cassettes full of Spectrum games in the playground. They had the nerve to shiftsuch junk for a fiver onto the unsuspecting public, in fact I remember typing out better games from Sinclair User

Oops seem to have launched off on my soap box again and wandered a bit but felt I needed to justify my poor choice in game purchases

BTW I never bought a game again that I hadn't tried first.

In the old tape-loading Speccy days it wasn't so much about whether the game was any good or not, for me it was more a question of whether I'd successfully bought a game that would actually load!

Can't think of any particular game that stands out as being the worst, but sure, I've played a few stinkers over the years
