Without a doubt:
1) Valve - For everything.

2) Blizzard - For Diablo 2, who has been patched and expanded alot.
3) Bethesta Softworks - The Elder Scrolls owns everything, and I love the way the games storylines are tied together.

As a RTS fan, Blizzard is my first choice: the Starcraft and Warcraft lines all produced awesome games.

I'd have to go with Blizzard and MicroProse for RTS games.

For MMO's I'd have to say CCP. Eve is a GREAT game and I really respect their development styles and philosophy. I think CCP has really thought outside the box and it shows in the quality of their world.

Agreed! Ultimate used to make jaw dropping games, and you could buy them without reading a review because you knew they would be quality.

Sabre Wulf being my favourite by them.

In the 90's I'd have to say Westwood with their Command and Conquer series.
