Isnt the problem with Oblivion that everything "levels" up with you so when you get to level 20, you go back to the beginning levels, you find a level 20 rat waiting for you?

I have to say that put me off the game totally.

Oh, wasn't aware of that... I've just been waiting to have a go at Oblivion since I read the reviews. I agree, doesn't sound perfect. In Morrowind, I got so tired of the long-winded and sometimes way too difficult missions, I instead set out to kill every NPC in the game.

Then my Operating System crashed and I lost my saves... ah well, no need to go through that again
