Hmm, I could go for a couple extra programmable buttons on my mouse, but I think with 18 a lot of them would just get in the way. You can see a picture of the mouse if you follow the links deep enough, and that thing just looks like a mis-click waiting to happen.

How would 18 buttons work? You wouldn't even able to hold the mouse without your hand accidentally hitting one of the buttons.....like if you coughed.
