My email is being spammed by Gamershq.

I seem to get an email every time someone replies to my topic, or a topic in which I post. I cannot find the proper setting in the Options menu to uncheck. Am I looking in the right place?

in user cp / settings and options / edit options / messaging and notification, i have default thread subsciption mode switched to no email notification.

try that if u havent already

As Jemima said, you should change your "Default Thread Subscription Mode" option setting to "No email notification" if you do not wish to receive emails whenever a post is made in a thread to which you are subscribed.

This can be done on the User CP > Edit Options page:

Edit : I thought it was fixed, but the emails keep coming.

I have done exactly as instructed, but the problem has not been fixed. The setting in the options menu is still set to "No Email Notification" but the mail keeps on comming.

when u make a reply to the thread, underneath the text area there is aditional options section. thread subsciption, notification type - no email notification. thats the only other thing i can think of to help, other than blocking all emails in your email settings which prob you dont wanna do.
