Crazy Idea for home made game controlls

I've been playing around with microcontrollers for some time now and I basically made my own arcade box that is wasd compatible with several other configurable buttons.
I was thinking... hmmm just change some code around and this is now a DJ console!
Has anyone ever made a arcade style control box that also has controls to DJ and mix music while you play games?

ok here are the pics as promised taken with my camera phone

The Arcade controls I've built so far
The joystick emulates the wasd keys on the keyboard, the rest of the buttons are programmable to be any key you want. I like having the yellow button be jump

I took out the main board i used and replaced it with a board from a generic usb game pad for now so i could start work on the mixer.

The mixer prototype so far. I need to build a case for it and get some more parts
