I've never had a problem with PC cooling even though I've only ever had fans and I'm Brisbane Australia so it's not a cold climate and I lived in WoW for a couple of years as well as other lengthy gaming sessions and the PC doesn't get turned off very often so I'm not sure why water cooling would be needed. Admittedly I've always gone middle of the road PCs so perhaps there isn't a huge amount of heat being generated but the box sometimes got pretty hot in the middle of summer. Have I just been lucky? Putting water in my PC seems close to like bathing with a hairdryer to me  Sure, it can be done safely but is it really worth the slight risk? Perhaps if I had one of I would consider moving away from air cooling  . |
