yes, for anythign that u have a cooling block attatched to that u want to change. its a closed system so if u need to remove part of the system that liquid will still be in the pipes waiting to move. even when switched off fluid does that if there isnt a cooling block attatched to it then u can move things around as much as u like, the system my hubby had was just graphics card and processor, so anything else could be shuffled about as normal.

so unless u plan to attatch a cooling block to your ram or hd you can shuffle and change as u wish
