here's the description:

This is the downloadable content for Fallout 3 PC Version, in english.

To install, its like any other mod.

Than start up the launcher (or edit the ini file for mods) and check the box next to Anchorage (or something similiar).

Play the game! Now you get a random radio signal (will be totally obvious when it happens) which starts the quest.

Getting the mod to start can be a problem for some. I use Fallout Mod Manager and it works fine for me

The Guide (in pdf format) is especially good for describing the various quests and sub-quests and where all the "special" objects are located.
